Replacement installation
For replacement in the same location, using the existing supply pipe and floor height. Piping changes, relocation, and some two-pipe configurations carry additional charges, explained in the form.
Paint odor during initial heating
Newly refinished radiators will initially emit a paint odor when heated. This odor is a normal, non-toxic by-product of the radiator refinishing process and will diminish with each heating cycle until it dissipates. Custom colors may require additional heating cycles.
We recommend running your heating system on a cool day before regular heating is needed, so you can comfortably leave the windows open for ventilation while the initial paint odor dissipates.
